Snoring Away With All Our Hearts

Mona was presented last week for Euthanasia. She is only seven years young. She has a severe bacterial skin infection that has been left untreated, both of her knees are bad, and she snores like crazy due to an abnormal palate. She was owned by an older woman who did not have the means to care for her. When Erin, one of our Assistants, entered the room, Mona jumped up and was wagging her tail. Erin was heartbroken at the thought of having to put her to sleep.

The Doctor agreed! Erin offered to adopt Mona, knowing that she would be able to treat her needs. The owner happily agreed to allow Erin to have her.It has been less than a week, and Mona's skin is significantly improved, and she is on medication to help with the pain until her knee surgery can be scheduled. Mona comes to the office with Erin every day and greets clients when they arrive. She has stolen everyone's heart!
